The Secret Service said in a statement that the White House was closed as Precautionary measure while emergency teams investigated and called the District of Columbia Fire Department to analyze and determine that the substance was harmless.
"The article has been submitted for further evaluation and a investigation into the cause and manner of his entry into the White House," he said. The secret service.
